Motionstills

Sculpting motion, without its existence, describing tools that move, while lacking any motion or using environments as they are to emulate the motion of the parts that cannot move. This is done in similar manner to the image above, because it lacks the ability to move, but still represents the motion without it, towards the ends of that itself.

Uses include tools that have no effected motion but a result none the less, outside their range through chance or altered effect, it is a component tool in non local effect, because it permits a tree to fall while remaining standing, through placement of both trees in retina.

It is used when no energy can exist.
