Creating events that are chance based control mechanisms, similar to magic but where the intent is built from potentially placed objects that may or may not react in that way or another, similar to the sense of a car coming together from the wind or organic life's original manifestation.

Essentially, it is the chance construct, which is built from paths that may or may not lead to a or another result, based of whether the reaction follows in that or the other direction. This can be used to emulate weather like patterns of uncertainty because it is a controlled uncertainty path way.

Cedurals are difficult but manipulate able, for example one could use them to potentially move a leaf, by causing the wind, in accordance with a falling tree that may have been knocked over by a car that may have been driven in that direction by the letting go of its break.

Or it could do other instrumental, but chance based events of the like.
